Permanent Makeup Hailsham
My name is Rhiannon and I am a fully qualified permanent make up artist based in Hailsham.
I have always had an artistic side (I received an A* in my Art GCSE) and as I got older I developed a passion for makeup and how it could completely change your look and boost your self-confidence.
I became inspired to become a permanent Makeup Artist after having my own eyebrows done. I realised I could combine my passion for makeup with my artistic flair and decided to take the step to pursue a career in the permanent makeup industry.
I have trained one on one with Katy Jobbins, the multi-award-winning industry expert and head trainer of the Permanent Make Up Training Academy. As soon as I started my training I knew I had taken the right step.
I feel very lucky to be doing something I am absolutely passionate about and to be able to offer treatments where the results are transformational, not just to appearance but also self-confidence.
Here’s a little about my training and experience in the industry…
Here is just a brief overview of the in-depth knowledge required to perform permanent makeup at a very high level. I trained 1 to 1 with Multi-Award Winning Head Trainer Katy Jobbins at the Permanent Makeup Training Academy.

I Use Only the Highest Quality Permanent Makeup Pigments on All My Clients…
I Use Only The Highest Quality Permanent Make Up Pigments On All My Clients.
All the colour pigments that I use have been specifically formulated through years of research and development using only the finest grades of iron oxides and lakes. The same ingreadients found in cosmetic products made by make up giants Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Guerlain, MAC, Chanel and Gucci.
The pigments I use are –
- Have supreme colour concentration, meaning less touch ups over the years
- Also designed for concealing imperfections on burns, scars, cancer, cleft pallet and vitiligo patients.
My eye and lip pigments are fashioned after the top cosmetic manufacturer colours and remain true to colour over the years.
All the pigment bottles are sterile, tamper proof and heat sealed for your protection. Each bottle is encoded with a lot number and expiray date.
I carry a large variety of natural permanent make up colours which I custom blend for blondes, brunettes and silver haired clients.
For any clients wanting more dramatic colour results, I can also order designer colours.
Your Consultation & Your New Look Designs
Having a consultation is highly recommended, particularly if you are unsure about permanent make up. It is also important so I can ensure that you are not allergic to any of the products used during the treatment.
The consultation gives me chance to get to know you and your reasons for wanting permanent make up. We can look through pictures together and discuss the results you are looking for in terms of shape and colour.
The consultation gives you the chance to ask me any questions you may have regarding the treatment and is aimed so you feel more at ease on your next appointment.
(Please note that if you live far away then I can post a patch test to you to carry out at home.)
Procedure & Anti-Allergy Patch Test
The treatment is built up over two sessions. After your first treatment, your permanent makeup will appear much darker and bold for up to five days.
This can be a shock to some clients but is completely normal. Once your permanent makeup has healed the colour can soften up to 70% and gives a soft natural powdered look.
At the second session, 4-6 weeks later, some clients chose to go darker or have the shape tweaked slightly. If you love the colour as it has healed then we can simply deepen it.
All the pigments I use are hypoallergenic but I require a simple patch to be performed at least 12 hours prior to your treatment, just to be as safe as possible.
I will either carry out the patch test for you at the consultation or if you are travelling long distance, I can send the patch test to you in the post with instructions.
Even if you have had permanent make up done elsewhere previously I will still need to carry out a patch test.
